Mapping Your Inner World

In our session, we'll explore:

The pattern or reaction you want to understand more deeply.
The different parts involved, what they’re trying to do for you, and what they’re concerned might happen if they stopped.
Where these responses may have begun and how the different parts of your inner world relate to one another

It’s difficult to change a pattern when you’re caught up in it or judging yourself for having it. Mapping gives you a chance to step back and see what’s happening from a different perspective.

By slowing things down and hearing from the parts involved, you can begin to understand what’s underneath your reactions, what those parts have been trying to do for you, and what they may need from you now. That understanding can create room for a different relationship with yourself — and, over time, a different way of responding.
